Qualification objective
After successfully completing the module, students will have theoretical knowledge of the mechanisms of selected drug effects and the toxic effects of substances. Students independently apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the lecture "Pharmacology and Institute of Toxicology".

Competencies
During the internship, students acquire knowledge of molecular biological and biochemical working techniques and apply these. After participating in the internship, students are able to plan experimental procedures and independently analyze and present the results obtained. With reference to the literature, students can develop their own solutions and propose further experiments in pharmacological and toxicological research.
As part of the literature seminar, students will be able to present and evaluate literature on selected pharmacological and toxicological topics.
