Contacting us if the diagnosis is confirmed

If you have already been diagnosed with a rare disease, the next step is usually a referral to a B centre that specializes in your disease. In order to make this referral, we need medical documentation that clearly states your diagnosis.

You can find all the information on how to contact us on this page:

If you do not yet have a confirmed diagnosis of a rare disease, but merely suspect that you have one, please click here to find out how to proceed.
