The mailroom handles mail traffic both within the MHH and from and to the outside. The mailroom organizes postage-saving dispatch measures for up to 4,000 frankings per day. Bulk mailings such as circulars are prepared for dispatch in the office. The mailroom staff currently distribute around 18,000 items of mail per day.
