- Interdisciplinary long-term care of patients with cardiorenal syndrome at various stages of the disease
- Renal sonography, abdominal sonography
- Comprehensive laboratory diagnostics
- Adjustment of drug therapy
- Advice on possible renal replacement procedures for patients with terminal renal insufficiency
Checklist for the outpatient appointment
- A current referral from a registered cardiologist or nephrologist at the time of the appointment
- Your health card (health insurance card)
- If available: Your current medication plan
- If available: Previous findings, laboratory values and the last physician's letter
- If necessary: a transportation ticket for the outward and return journey
