In accordance with our clinical and scientific focus, we offer the following special consultation hours:
ALS/neuromuscular consultations
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer general neurological consultations.
Appointments for our special consultations can be made by email, telephone or fax. A referral from a neurologist in private practice is required for an appointment. For first consultations, please send us the question and preliminary documents as well as the patient's contact details so that we can determine the appropriate consultation hour and time. Please bring a copy of all previous findings to the appointment, as well as imaging on CD with written findings and a list of current and previous medications.
Findings obtained by us can be requested in writing by letter, fax or email with the patient's consent.
The neurological outpatient clinic is located in building K2, the infusion outpatient clinic is located in building K1.
