Risk management practice in Lower Saxony

One focus was on the question of which ideas from aviation safety can be transferred to the healthcare sector and how risk management is seen and implemented in large companies in Lower Saxony.
In the morning, proven experts from the aviation and healthcare sectors presented Communications in the field of aviation safety and the associated instruments.
In the afternoon, representatives from the largest and most renowned companies in Lower Saxony and the Ministry of Social Affairs, Women, Family and Health were our guests. The focus here was on the various approaches to risk management. An insight into the Ministry's expectations of patient safety in healthcare facilities or Institutions was also shown. The speakers came from Flughafen Hannover AG, Nord LB, HDI and MHH.
