Addiction counseling and prevention

Support in the workplace

Addiction problems do not stop at the front door of a company

Whether alcohol, medication, illegal/legal drugs or behavioral addictions such as excessive media use or gambling - they affect employees in all sectors and at all hierarchical levels.

Addictive behavior can develop gradually and often remains undetected for a long time in everyday working life.

The aim of workplace addiction counseling is to identify signs of addiction at an early stage, offer suitable support measures and promote the health and performance of employees. The focus is on prevention, education and individual support - confidential, respectful and solution-oriented.
