Leadership shapes corporate culture. The activities of the competence center include coaching, impulses for the further development of leadership quality, management development and team consulting.

Here you will find the announcements of the qualification events on offer, including dates and venues, and you can register directly for the desired events.
Important to know:
- Each course has a registration deadline.
- Your registration will be registered up to this deadline and initially placed on a 'waiting list'.
- If a course is oversubscribed, a selection will be made based on the criteria set out in the service agreement on staff training. It is therefore important that you briefly explain any work-related urgencies, for example, when you register.
- Approximately six weeks before the start of the course, you will receive an acceptance or rejection letter by e-mail.
- In principle, business travel is ordered or approved for events within the framework of further education and training within Hanover. Travel costs for this will not be covered.
