Our practical goal as Human Resources Development is to get the right people into the right positions, to develop their skills and thus ensure their employability and the long-term success of MHH. Human Resources thus becomes an enabler of development.

Our working world is developing rapidly. This is creating new job profiles and skills profiles. The way we work together is also changing and is becoming increasingly agile, networked and digital. The drivers of this development are technological progress on the one hand and the requirements of the environment and the demands placed on employees on the other. Training administration

In the training administration department, we deal with all administrative activities that are necessary for the smooth implementation of the MHH's internal qualification program.
