Coaching is a result- and solution-oriented form of consulting. It provides individual support in dealing with various personal and professional issues. You are encouraged to develop your own solutions and to work on your behavior/attitudes effectively in small steps.
The demands of everyday life are usually constantly high. High pressure to perform and flexibility determine the daily routine. If difficult conditions are added to this, it is difficult to maintain a legal balance in (working) life.
Whether in my private or professional life, getting to know myself and my ways of thinking and structures better can be an important step. For more satisfaction, more balance and more resilience. Finding suitable goals for yourself and developing the right steps to achieve them gives you options for everyday life and the future.

Hannover Medical School offers employees a wide range of counseling services. We would like to expand this offer for you at the level of employee development.
Professional development means determining where you stand professionally and combining this with possible goals for you. Future steps can then be thought through. Do I want to develop further in terms of professional content? Do I want to take on a leadership role? Where do I see myself in 5 years' time, for example? We can discuss all these and other questions together in a confidential setting.
