Help and advice

Recapping situations in which you may have experienced verbal or physical violence can trigger overwhelming feelings of any kind. Also, reading the quotes published here, in many cases reproducing misanthropic (racist, sexist, queerphobic,...) content, can trigger very unpleasant feelings and thoughts. Please take care of yourself and make a conscious decision to read the following pages. If strong feelings arise while reading, it may help to discuss emerging thoughts with friends.
