  • Cardiac functional diagnostics (ECG, ergometry, spiroergometry, echocardiography, cardio-MRI if necessary)
  • Further diagnostics for heart failure of unknown origin
  • Optimization of drug therapy

The broad spectrum of nuclear medicine diagnostics is used for the following diseases:

  • Myocardial scintigraphy (coronary heart disease, amyloidosis, sarcoidosis)
  • MIBI scintigraphy (parathyroid adenoma, pheochromocytoma, neuroblastoma, ganglion neuroma, neuroendocrine tumor)
  • Bone scintigraphy (bone metastases in cancer, loosening of the endoprosthesis, amyloidosis, osteomyelitis, spondylodiscitis, soft tissue tumor, unexplained bone pain)
  • Renal scintigraphy (determination of kidney function, evaluation for living donation, outflow obstruction, hydronephrosis)
  • DAT scan (Parkinson's disease, atypical Parkinson's syndrome, unclear movement disorder)
  • Cerebrospinal fluid scintigraphy (cerebrospinal fluid leakage, cerebrospinal fluid hypotension syndrome)
  • Gastric emptying scintigraphy (gastric paralysis, gastric pyloric stenosis, esophageal dysfunction)

In our outpatient clinic I, we see patients with suspected congenital disorders of the immune system. This includes diseases characterized by a weak immune system (immunodeficiency), but also diseases with dysregulation of the immune system and unclear, recurring fevers (autoinflammation). With our experienced team, we run one of the largest immunodeficiency outpatient clinics in Germany.

Special expertise in the oncological therapy of pancreatic cancer (pancreatic carcinoma) as well as liver cancer has been repeatedly certified by the DKG as a pancreatic carcinoma and liver cancer center for our clinic.
