Outpatient clinics and private consultations

Consultations and examinations on questions of sports health, suitability for sport in the case of illnesses (e.g. heart attack, multiple sclerosis, cancer, diabetes, COPD, etc.) and health risks are carried out in the internal sports consultation.
Special issues such as training for a marathon or other sporting goals for everyone, from beginners to professionals, will also be discussed with you.

In addition to diagnostics in the specialist consultation for the musculoskeletal system, the focus is on detailed advice on the complaints. Conservative therapies are offered, which have also become established in competitive sport. These include manual therapy, especially the fascia-distortion model, and acupuncture.

In the private consultation, consultations and examinations are treated both in relation to internal sports medicine issues (e.g. heart attacks, multiple sclerosis, cancer, diabetes, COPD, etc.) and sports orthopaedic issues relating to the musculoskeletal system.

The sports medicine private consultation is billed according to GOÄ.
