Rebirth active

Staying fit regardless of location: Prof. Dr. Haverich and Prof. Dr. Tegtbur from the Cluster of Excellence REBIRTH explain the positive effects of sport on the organism (immune system, lung function, musculature, cardiovascular system), then we show exercises for at home and for every age group. Anyone can join in with the videos.

The first training session takes place standing up, no other aids are required. In the following training videos, small aids can be used that anyone can find at home (water bottles, a broomstick, towels or a chair). This means that nobody has to miss out on their regular training and can stay fit wherever they are. We recommend doing the small training sessions every day if possible. Ideally even twice a day.
