Application for exemption or (partial) waiver of long term study fees
according to § 13 para. 1 NHG or § 14 para. 2 NHG
Deadline: The exemption or (partial) waiver can only be applied for during the re-registration period for the coming semester.
Semester fee: Students who have been granted exemption or remission must transfer the regular semester fee to the account of the Student Secretariat for their re-registration. In the case of partial remission, the remaining fees must also be paid. The deadline here is also the re-registration period mentioned above.
Please note:
- Childcare reason: application possible for 2 consecutive semesters
- Reason PJ: Application possible for 3 consecutive semesters
Notes on possible reimbursement
If your application results in an entitlement to a fee refund, we will transfer the money back to the original payment account. If you do not wish this to happen, please submit a request for reimbursement to inform us of the different bank details
