Division III - Technology/Buildings is responsible for the Facility Management of all MHH properties and external facilities. This includes all building and medical technology systems and equipment as well as the complete infrastructure of the media supply systems.

Our reliable service provision is based on the 230 employees of Division III, whose daily commitment, creative ideas and empathy ensure the functioning of the MHH.

Division III is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 Quality Management and DIN EN ISO 27001 Information Management System for Basic IT Infrastructure (ISMS) and provides its services in accordance with the GEFMA guidelines.

The Property Management, Technical Facility Management incl. Energy Management, Strategic/Operational Medical Technology and Event Management Departments are integrated into GB III.
