Welcome to the pages of the property management

The Property Management Department offers comprehensive services for all MHH university facilities. We are responsible for property accounting, cost, contract and insurance management for owned and rented properties. We also take care of space and room planning, rental management and the organization of relocations.

In addition, our service team provides the necessary services around the campus and buildings - from reception and orientation to outdoor facilities, parking and security.
