Welcome to the field of heating/cooling technology
The heating/cooling technology department is responsible for measures in the areas of heating, ventilation, cooling and steam. This includes planning, initiating, carrying out and monitoring statutory and recurring inspections, including tracking, initiating and monitoring the rectification of defects from the inspections. For necessary expert inspections, the recognized testing facilities of the state of NS are used and supported. Furthermore, measures which in practice and the relevant standards (DIN 31051) and regulations are described as maintenance, consisting of servicing, inspection, repair and improvement, are supervised and carried out.
The main focus here is on testing, maintenance and repair. Testing and preventive maintenance and servicing stabilize the operating times of the systems and minimize downtimes due to repairs.
Department of Refrigeration/Vapor Technology
The Department of Refrigeration/Steam Technology regularly inspects and maintains technical structures such as refrigeration and steam centers and their technical systems including their components. The inspection activities include condition and functional testing in accordance with the specifications of the respective manufacturers and are also based on the experience of the employees from the management of these systems.
The maintenance services for systems such as SHEV systems, burners, steam boilers, steam technology, recooling plants, large and small refrigeration machines, refrigeration technology, dirt traps, heat exchangers and refrigeration and steam networks are commissioned and carried out by the suppliers of the systems in a service program (e.g. based on the AMEV) and performed by the company itself.
Maintenance includes regular adjustment, refilling, lubrication, cleaning, replacement and rinsing as well as impregnation and preservation of technical equipment. All consumables and components are planned, delivered, provided and installed by the Department. Repair measures are planned or damage-related repair measures to restore the system to its normal condition. The Department supports the TGM control room with shift operation and on-call duty in the event of incidents and breakdowns.
Department of Heating/Ventilation Technology
The Heating/Ventilation Technology Department regularly inspects and maintains technical facilities or Institutions in heating and ventilation centers and their technical systems, e.g. in HVAC systems for and in operating theaters or in laboratory areas, including the components installed there. The inspection activities include condition and function checks according to the specifications of the respective manufacturers and are also based on the experience of the employees from the management of these systems.
The maintenance services for HVAC systems, local heating and building heat transfer stations, building radiators, thermostatic valves, pumps, strainers, control valves, heat exchangers, ventilation duct networks and heating networks as well as laboratory systems and workbenches are commissioned from the suppliers of the systems in a service program (e.g. based on the AMEV) and carried out by the company itself.
Maintenance includes regular adjustment, refilling, lubrication, cleaning, replacement and rinsing as well as impregnation and preservation of technical equipment. All consumables and components are planned, delivered, provided and installed by the Department.
