Announcements on contract awards in accordance with VgV / UVgO / VOB - Information on awarded contracts

On the basis of Section 30 (1) UVgO and Section 20 (3) VOB/A, Hannover Medical School, as the contracting authority, provides information on contracts awarded in the context of restricted invitations to tender and direct awards, in each case without a call for competition.

Hannover Medical School publishes the details with the contract information for a period of six months for the following procedures:

Construction contracts according to VOB/ A

• Direct awards without a call for competition
  (from EUR 15,000 excluding VAT)
• Restricted invitations to tender without a call for competition (from 25,000 euros without VAT)

Supply and service contracts in accordance with UVgO

• Negotiated awards without a call for competition
  (from 25,000 euros without VAT)
• Restricted invitations to tender without a call for competition
  (from 25,000 euros without VAT)
