In the Administrative Patient Admission Department, personal data is collected promptly and completely in a personal patient interview and all necessary admission formalities are completed.

formalities required for admission as an inpatient at Hannover Medical School. This includes a detailed consultation and the conclusion of treatment contracts,

elective service agreements and other important documents. In addition, outpatient admissions are also prepared for all departments without their own administrative patient admission department.

Administrative Patient Admissions is represented by seven teams on the MHH campus. These include the Central Patient Admission Department, the Mobile Patient Admission Department and the decentralized admission points in

the Pediatric Clinic, Dental Clinic, Women's Clinic, Medical Polyclinic and the Central Emergency Department.

The processing of complex case corrections in the hospital information system is also part of the core competence of the staff in the administrative patient admission department.
