Hospital Management Devision

The Departments in the Hospital Management Devision provide very patient-oriented administrative and organizational services.

Staff at the Patient Service Center are available to provide patients and their relatives with information prior to their visit to the MHH. The foundations for outpatient and inpatient treatment are laid during administrative admission. Case managers provide our patients with organizational support during their inpatient treatment. Staff from the Social Services and Discharge Management Department organize and initiate follow-up care after the hospital stay at an early stage. Our typists prepare patient documents dictated by the medical service, and the ward assistants send out patient documents and carry out patient file management.

By managing these departments centrally, we ensure uniform implementation of our high quality and current legal requirements for our services, from admission to stable follow-up care for our patients.

In addition, the Devision supports the management of the Clinic part of MHH, for example by acting as management for the Clinic Conference and Head of Hospital committees in accordance with the Lower Saxony Higher Education Act. The training center for medical assistants is also located here.
