Welcome to the MHH The MHH Internal advice centers Staff Council Service agreements

Service agreements at the MHH

A selection

The meaning and purpose of service agreements

The Staff Council can conclude service agreements with the employer on all matters that are subject to its co-determination.

Service agreements are contractual regulations that are concluded between the department and the Staff Council. They contain issues subject to co-determination that are not or not fully regulated by law or collective agreements and apply either to certain groups of employees or to the entire company. The regulations contained therein are binding for all employees and supervisors.

At the MHH, many topics are regulated by service agreements, from A for "working hours" to Z for "centralization of the clinical diagnostics laboratories".

The following topics were of particular interest to MHH employees in 2018.
