I have been working as a physician in the Clinical Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine since July 2002 and have been a full member of the Staff Council since 2020.
In addition to my work in the operating theatre, student teaching and didactic qualifications are a focus of my work.
I am involved in the Family-friendly University Audit Advisory Board and the Qualification Team for the 18th Staff Council. In addition to the "perennial issue" of compatibility, medical working hours and their documentation are currently an exciting topic again.
I believe that information and education are the solution to many of the problems of our time. With this in mind, I would like to use my work on the Staff Council to support the interests of the many dedicated MHH colleagues that I have come to know through my many years working in anaesthesiology and teaching.

I represent the Staff Council in the Senate (without voting rights).
