Tourette's working group

The members of the "Tourette Syndrome" working group have been working intensively on Tourette syndrome for many years, both clinically and scientifically. The focus of our work is the Tourette's special consultation, in which around 2000 children and adults with tic disorders have been treated over the past 20 years. This makes our consultation the largest of its kind in Germany.

We also conduct scientific studies on the Clinical Department, treatment and causes of Tourette syndrome. There are numerous national and international collaborations. The members of the working group are members of various national and international organizations and self-help groups (such as the Tourette Society Germany (TGD) and the European Society for the Study of Tourette Syndrome (ESSTS)) and are involved in various European and worldwide research networks.
