Laboratory diagnostics

The Clinical Department offers a range of specialized diagnostics. These diagnostic procedures are also available to other Clinical Departments of the MHH on a consultative basis.

Dermatology laboratory diagnostics and allergology laboratory diagnostics are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.


Special diagnostics

Allergies

  • Total IgE, specific IgE diagnostics, IgE inhibition test, Aspergillus IgG
  • tryptase
  • Cellular in-vitro diagnostics (BAT, CAST, LTT, EliSpot)

Autoimmune dermatoses and special skin infections

  • Autoantibody detection (ELISA, Western blot)
  • Immunofluorescence special diagnostics
