Namesake - Prof. Dr. med. Ina Pichlmayr
- 1932: born in Wahlstatt/Silesia
- 1950-1956: Studied medicine at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich
- 1956: Doctorate in medicine at the LMU
- 1957-1958: Medizinalassistentin
- 1959-1963: Specialist training at the Department of Anesthesia at the Surgical University Hospital in Munich
- 1961: First senior physician at the Surgical University Hospital
- 1968: Habilitation in Munich and move to Hannover Medical School
- 1972: Professor of Anesthesiology at the MHH
- 1974-1997: Head of the Department of Anesthesiology IV of the Institute of Anesthesiology at the MHH
- 1997-2001: Head of the Foundation and the Ederhof in Austria
- Commitment to the Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation, rehabilitation after organ transplantation in children and adolescents
- Mother of five children
