Target group-specific offers

• Face-to-face training on unconscious bias for appointment committee members and executives: We show how unconscious bias can influence decisions in important selection processes and how to counteract it.

• Online training - Equal opportunities in appointment procedures
  Biases can occur in appointment procedures, which influence the procedure as bias effects. The online training with a focus on gender bias is aimed at members of Appointment Committees. In the training, you accompany an Appointment Committee during an appointment procedure. The training takes about 40-60 minutes and can be viewed in both German and English.
  The concept was developed at the Technical University of Berlin in cooperation with the Berlin University of the Arts and was funded by the Berlin Programme for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities for Women in Research and Teaching.

• Anti-discrimination training for trainees: We create awareness of experiences of discrimination and teach skills for a non-discriminatory working environment.
• Anti-discrimination training for practice supervisors: Practice supervisors learn how to sensitize their trainees to the issue of discrimination and create an inclusive environment themselves.
