Working Group Nephropathology of the MHH (NP-MHH)
Nephropathology is a special discipline of pathology with the aim of accurately diagnosing diseases of the kidneys and transplant kidneys in order to enable optimized therapy in close cooperation with nephrology. These are often rare diseases. This fine tissue diagnosis (usually on fine needle biopsies) includes staining procedures such as immunohistochemistry as well as the mandatory use of Electron Microscopy, as the finest morphological changes must be taken into account.
