The core tasks of the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology include: Clinical Department, advanced clinical research, teaching and continuing medical education at the highest level.
Pharmacotherapy is a fundamental medical activity and an interdisciplinary responsibility. The Institute of Clinical Pharmacology at the MHH fulfills an interdisciplinary interface function in the supervision and implementation of sophisticated clinical studies, competent support in all pharmacotherapeutic areas of patient care, management of the Drug Committee and memberships in Ethics Committees. The teaching program for students of Human medicine and dentistry covers all areas of clinical pharmacology. He is fully authorized to provide further training as a specialist in clinical pharmacology.
