Welcome to the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology at the MHH!

The diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of acute stroke (so-called thrombectomy) is the best-known task for the medical and medical-technical staff of the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology at the MHH in close cooperation with the supra-regional Stroke Unit of the Clinical Department of Neurology. In addition, we provide all MHH patients, with a focus on neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, ENT and oral and maxillofacial surgery, with both neuroradiological diagnostic and minimally invasive interventional care. State-of-the-art imaging techniques are used for this. The latest developments are presented on the following pages by our highly specialized staff.
