Mindfulness courses and group program courses
Our mindfulness courses and the courses in the group program are aimed at people who are looking for new ways to optimize the course of their illness and alleviate side effects or late effects of conventional therapy with the help of learned self-help strategies. They serve as a supportive accompaniment and are expressly not a substitute for conventional therapy or psycho-oncological care.

Complementary natural healing methods are becoming increasingly important!
Over 165 years ago, Sebastian Kneipp also experienced first-hand how helpful cold water treatments are, as they strengthen our immune system, among other things. In addition to the element of water, the following elements were very important to Kneipp: nutrition - medicinal herbs - exercise - lifestyle.
Kneipp already worked holistically with his concept. His 5 elements are very topical and effective again today, as we can read in various studies.
Take a look at the five elements and you will be amazed at what "Kneipp" really means and how simple some of the treatments are! Many Kneipp applications are also benefits, especially in naturopathic Nursing. Kneipp, because it helps!

Fairy tales talk lightly about major crises and death as a part of life. They do so in passing. While they entertain or even amuse us, they touch us deeply, comfort us, encourage us and make us reflect on the foundations of our existence. But what makes fairy tales so special is that they focus on a happy ending: The good ending to a difficult situation in the course of life and the good ending at the very end.
Fairy tales don't give us a recipe or good advice, but instead they plant images in our souls that allow us to find our own interpretations, paths and ways out. Fairy tales are our cultural heritage. Everyone knows them. Fairy tales are a wonderful resource for supporting the sick and people at a crossroads. Free storytelling brings the fairy tales to life. After the storytelling there is space for exchange and reflection.

Health, well-being and inner balance? Our hands can work wonders.
When we are healthy, our life energy flows through our body according to very specific laws. Stress, tension, unprocessed emotional injuries, physical complaints, fear, worry, anger, grief, etc. can block, hold or divert the life energy, which can lead to disturbances on all levels of our being.
Jin Shin Jyutsu, a millennia-old art of harmonization and relaxation to harmonize the life energy in the body, works with 26 energy zones (so-called safety energy keys) within energy pathways that bring life into our body. By simply laying hands on these zones, the flow of life energy is harmonized and begins to flow again. Thoughts calm down, emotions are balanced, self-healing powers are activated, deep relaxation balances out vegetative and functional disorders, inner balance is created. You will immediately feel the beneficial effects and can immediately apply what you have learned in your everyday life.

I introduce the sound meditation with a few words. When the first tones and vibrations of the struck singing bowl are heard, the tension of everyday life is released and deep relaxation sets in. You lie or sit comfortably on a mat or chair, wrapped warmly in a blanket.
In sound meditation, the singing bowl has no direct contact with the body.
Sound relaxation reduces the production of stress hormones, lowers blood pressure, makes breathing calmer and deeper and activates the body's self-healing powers.
If you would like to feel the vibrations of the singing bowl directly on your body, I will be happy to place a singing bowl on your clothed body at the end of the sound meditation.
Contents
- Brief introduction to the history and origin of singing bowls

The studio in the garden is a special place that invites you to pause, calm down and take time for yourself. With bright gouache paints and plenty of space on large sheets of paper, we paint with the playful abandon of a child - without pressure or judgment, freely and spontaneously.
A blank sheet of paper hangs in front of us, waiting to be filled with color. The paper offers space for our movements, which we can leave behind and make visible as colorful traces with a brush, a sponge or simply our hands. If we follow these traces, we experience the magic of expressive painting. When the picture is finally finished, we look proudly at what we have created.

Zhineng Qigong is a medical Qigong developed by Dr. Pang Ming, which combines the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and ancient Qigong systems with the findings of science (such as quantum physics) and Western medicine. In a meditative state, very simple, slow-flowing, repetitive movements are performed, through which we deeply relax holistically and absorb healing, strengthening Qi (energy + information) in an open state.

The 8 brocades are among the oldest and best-known qigong. Through the harmony of strength and grace and conscious breathing, these movements are an ideal measure against the stress and hectic pace of everyday life and generate inner strength both emotionally and physically. Relaxation strengthens the body and relieves tension.
The 8 brocades have a regulating and at the same time restorative effect on the whole body. The gentle nature of the movement supports an inner state of calm, makes you feel alive and awake - as precious as brocade. The number "8" refers to the 8 individual exercise sections.
