Project purchasing
The Project Purchasing team consists of purchasers who deal specifically with the processing of complex projects. For example, the equipping of ward conversions or general equipment planning as part of major projects. As a rule, these projects are integrated into overarching project structures with many interfaces, e.g. to construction planning, investment planning and financial accounting. The procurement of all capital goods, consumables and, if necessary, construction and construction planning services in these projects is managed by a project buyer.
In addition, the employees working in the Project Purchasing team also carry out complex award procedures for the procurement of services or the tendering of framework agreements for consumables in consultation with the department management.
