Supply Chain Due Diligence Act - Complaint management

The "Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains" (also known as the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act "LkSG") came into force on January 1, 2023 and applies to companies with more than 3,000 employees in Germany.This law obliges companies to take certain measures to prevent or remedy the violation of human rights and the occurrence of environmental hazards.

 

In accordance with the obligations under sections 8 and 9 of the LkSG, MHH has set up a complaints procedure that enables the confidential reporting of human rights and environmental violations that could arise in connection with its business activities and direct and indirect suppliers. Complaints can be reported anonymously.
