1. All data provided by you will only be collected, processed and used by MHH as part of the application process and for application processing. In doing so, MHH is obliged to comply with the provisions of the relevant legal provisions on Data Protection, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and within the framework of national legislation under the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Your data will of course be protected and treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Only MHH employees who are responsible for recruitment/recruitment have access to your data and it will only be made available to the representatives of the respective Department involved in the selection of applicants. No other persons within MHH have access to your data. Data traffic only takes place via the https protocol and is therefore protected.
3. In accordance with legal regulations, employers must be able to prove a non-discriminatory personnel decision even after the end of an appointment procedure. For this reason, your data will be stored for 6 months (according to AAG) after the end of the application procedure. After this period, your data will be anonymized. It is then no longer possible to draw conclusions about a specific person. The anonymized data will be used exclusively for internal statistical evaluations.
