The aim of the study

The aim is to sustainably anchor 60 minutes of additional physical activity in every school day - without displacing lessons.

The concept is based on various easy-to-implement modules:

 

Early morning exercise - an active start to the day

 

Movement impulses in class - 3-5 minute short activity units

 

Active breaks - attractive exercise options for in-between lessons

 

Afternoon activities - a variety of exercise options after school

 

Professional supervision - by staff from the Clinical Department for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine

 

Work materials - we provide you with didactic materials.
