Survey on physical activity, requirements for exercise and sporting activities, motivation and emotions in sport

One section of the survey is aimed at people undergoing inpatient or day hospital treatment and collects valuable answers to the questions of what sports or exercise opportunities the respondents would like and how great the need for support for physical activity is after discharge. The results of the questionnaires used also make it possible to identify exciting correlations between motivation, emotions, psychological or psychosomatic illness and physical activity and to develop new support services for the next project in line with requirements.

A second area of the survey is aimed at healthy people in order to record how different sport and exercise programs affect their emotions. For example, how does the effect of sport in the great outdoors differ from sport via video conference? The main content of the survey is a self-assessment of how strong 20 different feelings are - once before your sport or exercise program and once directly afterwards.

The survey is currently being evaluated. Further information is available at sportmedizin.pa@mh-hannover.de.
