Focus on general practitioner palliative care
In our thematic focus area "General practitioner palliative care", we carry out scientific projects that aim to improve outpatient, general practitioner care for people.
Our approaches include, for example, the early identification of patients with incurable diseases who could benefit from palliative care or the optimization of framework conditions in GP practices for the provision of palliative care. Our focus here is on general outpatient palliative care. In all our projects, a direct link between practice and science is important to us and the transfer of results is obligatory.
