Psycho-oncological resilience group for cancer patients

Every 14 days

A cancer diagnosis is often associated not only with medical treatment, but also with psychological stress such as sadness, worry, tension, problems sleeping or in relationships.

Resilience - our inner, psychological resilience - can help us to deal with this drastic life event and cope with the illness.

This psycho-oncology group aims to strengthen resilience, reduce psychological stress and promote well-being.

Contents

  • Being able to use resilience in difficult situations
  • Improve self-awareness and self-regulation
  • Activating resources

The group meets for six 90-minute sessions every 14 days.

A maximum of ten participants take part in the group. It will start when sufficient registrations have been received.
