Psycho-oncological resilience group for relatives

Every 14 days

A cancer diagnosis is not only a life-changing event for those affected, but also for their relatives. Resilience - our inner, psychological resilience - can help us deal with this drastic life event. The group aims to strengthen resilience, reduce psychological stress and promote well-being.

Contents

  • Being able to use resilience in difficult situations
  • Improve self-awareness and self-regulation
  • Activating resources

The group meets for six 90-minute sessions every 14 days.

A maximum of ten participants take part in the group. It will start when sufficient registrations have been received.
