Today more than ever, training courses must adapt to the requirements and needs of nursing practice.
Through close dialogue and coordination with internal and external cooperation partners, we meet this requirement and are able to offer a tailor-made and needs-based training program. This is updated on an ongoing basis. This means that you can already view and book training courses for the next year from the middle of the current year. This working principle enables us to react very quickly to any training needs that arise and to develop specific and needs-based offers.

Our training portfolio covers a wide range of different training formats:
These are one-day or multi-day events that are based on the principles of experiential and problem-oriented learning. They are didactically designed to stimulate a comprehensive process of skills development and provide a framework that enables adults to learn successfully.
We open individual courses in our specialist further education programs to guest students for periods ranging from individual teaching units to entire days. In this way, they can take part in the ongoing events of our continuing education courses and, in addition to further developing their own skills, can also enter into a dialog with the participants of our continuing education courses and the lecturers.
Our training courses generally comprise up to 4 teaching units (3 hours) and focus on current topics in nursing practice and related specialist areas, which are presented and discussed in brief. Participants can bring themselves up to date professionally and discuss specialist issues in dialog with experts.
With this format, we offer a form of training that is not limited by time and location. Participants work on the desired topic in a self-organized manner in our Ilias learning environment and then book an accompanying reflection and in-depth session with experts. This format allows interested parties to call up and design their training courses very individually and in line with their needs. Would you like to find out more?
