Counseling services for employees
- Advice on problems in the workplace (ergonomic, health, psychological)
- Advice on conflicts in the workplace
- Advice on maternity protection issues

- Advice on personal protective equipment (gloves, mouth and respiratory protection, protective clothing)
- Addiction counseling (alcohol, drugs, medication, gambling addiction)
- Environmental examinations after contact with open pulmonary tuberculosis in cooperation with occupational safety
- Advice on severely disabled status
- Assistance with reintegration after prolonged illness
- Assistance with rehabilitation and pension issues
