Welcome
Every day, our kitchen team takes on the challenge of preparing around 5,000 meals for patients and up to 2,000 Canteen menus for employees, students and guests. Production is carried out using the "Cook & Serve" method.
We are also responsible for managing three staff cafeterias, catering for the daycare centers and catering for events on campus.
We also provide other services for MHH transfusion medicine, for people accompanying patients and for school and church Facilities or Institutions.
Our own high quality standards and customer orientation are constantly confirmed by sales figures, hygiene audits, patient surveys, active criticism processing and surveys of canteen visitors.
The high level of expertise in the field of dietetics, especially for the specially modified diets (e.g. diets following gastro/enterological operations, low-germ diets, low-allergen diets, diets for CF patients) is highly appreciated by the medical departments.
