As an in-house operation of the MHH, we prepare all menus, soups, salads and desserts for you directly on site.

We also bake our own cakes in-house. Our "Cook & Serve" production process offers the great advantage of being able to use fresh products and achieve low nutrient losses as well as good sensory quality of the food in the course of prompt food distribution.

Did you know that we do not use glutamate and only use high-quality non-hydrogenated vegetable fat?

Our modern Canteen free flow in building K15/level HO offers a large selection of dishes, and many regular meals come with a choice of components.

You can put together your own fresh salad at the salad buffets.

At our "Marketplace" station, we have daily specials and special plate dishes ready for you. Savers can see if there is an additional inexpensive dish on offer from any overproduction in the patient kitchen or from the Canteen the day before.

With around 100,000 clicks a year, the Canteen menu is one of the most frequently selected pages on the MHH intranet to answer the question of what is on the menu today.
