With the MHH Active Break: a weekly 15-minute program for mobilization, strength and relaxation. Uncomplicated online!

MHH Aktivpause digital is a cooperation between Human Resources Development and Corporate Health Management. This 15-minute online exercise program has been available to all MHH employees since the beginning of June 2025, whether they are at work or working from home. The short sessions take place once a week during the break. They are uncomplicated, varied and can be done without any previous sporting experience.

The focus is on mobilization, strengthening, relaxation, stretching and eye fitness. Different instructors set their own priorities each week, so that new impulses are always generated. The active break helps to prevent tension, promote concentration and continue the working day with renewed energy.

Participation is very easy via MS Teams. The camera and microphone remain switched off.
