Our specialist and assistant physicians

Our wards are staffed by competent assistant physicians who are training to become specialists in pediatrics and adolescent medicine. In addition, trained specialists work in all areas. Each patient is discussed in detail with the senior physicians and Prof. Kratz in regular ward rounds and conferences.

Our junior physicians are just as involved in the teaching activities of our Clinical Department as our specialists. They are actively involved in research and contribute to our clinical studies. They also work in emergency care at the Center for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. Our wards are staffed by physicians 365 days a year.
