Research data management at MHH

Please take MHH's principles for handling research data into account. Central services and infrastructure for research data management supports you in all phases of the research project. MHH's institutions master relevant standards, interfaces, and best practices for various forms of data.

Several entities of Hannover Medical School continuously expand their research data management services in close coordination with each other and in dialog with the scientists. MHH cooperates with relevant working groups and infrastructure initiatives in research data management at regional, national and international level in order to ensure up-to-date research data management services compatible with international research networks (e.g. State Initiative Research Data Management Lower Saxony, NFDI, Medical Informatics Initiative, Network University Medicine, German Biobank Alliance). Consulting

From large research networks (SFBs, EXC, TRR, ...) to smaller research projects, the MHH has various infrastructures and services to support you in research data management. As the central point of contact for MHH's researchers, we offer general advice and refer you to services and infrastructures within the MHH suitable for your project. If required, we also provide support in writing grant applications (with regard to research data management).

FDM-Campus Hannover

The research data management of MHH cooperates with Hochschule Hannover (HsH), Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover (TiHo) and Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover (hmtmh), to provide a joint training and education program in the field of research data management for the members of the participating universities.
