We request that you provide a factual and informative description that will enable us to follow up and clarify the matter. This is particularly important in the case of anonymous reports (without completing the contact form). As there is no possibility of contacting the person providing the information in the case of anonymous information, it may be difficult or even impossible to clarify information that has been provided imprecisely. (Depending on the situation, at least the following must be stated: persons involved/specification of OU (if possible), time period, facts, other)
