The renal and pancreatic outpatient clinic treats patients with advanced kidney disease for whom transplantation is the only treatment option. The outpatient clinic staff evaluate whether and with what status a patient is listed for an organ.
The interdisciplinary outpatient team looks after patients during the waiting period, in preparation for the operation and after the transplant. During aftercare, the outpatient team also takes care of all illnesses associated with the transplant.
