Three nurses in blue scrubs and surgical caps raise their arms and high-five each other.

Only we have that!

Together we create relief that gets through!

A woman in a blue tunic sits cross-legged on the beach with her back to the viewer and looks out to sea. A stamp with the words E-VE Entlastungsvereinbarung Die MHH garantiert.

More given. Experience more!

Together we create relief that gets through!

E-VE: This is how we reduce the workload at the MHH

  • Secure compensation for special assignments
With the E-VE relief agreement, we are creating standards for planned staffing on wards.

  • Fair points system
The system is standardized and applies to all affected wards and areas. It ensures that similar situations are assessed equally - regardless of the location.

  • Participation and co-design
MHH Nursing staff are involved in the application and further development of the system - e.g. through re-registration from everyday ward life.

  • Appreciation
The E-VE is a clear sign: Special efforts are seen - and rewarded.
