- advises MHH departments on measures to recruit and retain staff
- advises MHH departments on marketing measures to improve external perception (image campaigns)
- implements personnel marketing measures operationally
- ensures that all MHH personnel marketing measures are in line with MHH's employer branding.
About us
... an interprofessional team that develops and manages central personnel marketing campaigns. We are a team made up of the Human Resources Management, Recruiting, Digital Media, Central Web Editing and Training Academy for Nursing departments. We got started in the middle of the challenging coronavirus pandemic and launched an MHH-wide flu protection campaign before the Nursing department became the first major, long-term focus of our work. Broad-based campaigns under the slogans "Nursing is more" and "Intensive care - we are there when others give up" followed. We were also able to successfully initiate various advertising measures for IT, midwives and company nurseries.
That's what sets us apart: We are creative, passionate, analytical, curious and focused. The interface function of our "home departments" and the resulting networked thinking benefit us time and again. It is important for us to work as a team with the departments. A campaign is a process in which everyone involved interacts on an equal footing, trustingly and openly.
